Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if postmarked within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. The store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling. Returned items should be sent to the address below.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

If we make a shipping error and accidentally ship a wrong item please email us at elevatedeleganceboutique@gmail.com ASAP 

 


Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs through USPS.  Please include the packing slip with your return and all tags attached in unworn condition. Make sure to keep tracking number of returned item for we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier. It is the customers responsibility to inquire about lost returned packages with the shipping carrier.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you minus shipping.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at elevatedeleganceboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
